Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used laundry products are not eligible
for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after
inspection.
This policy does not limit consumer rights under applicable Canadian laws.
