Shipping policy

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally.
Orders over $75 CAD (before tax, after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping unless
stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on destination.

aROMA Laundry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If an issue occurs during shipping, please contact us and we will be more than happy to review the situation and offer compensation or a suitable solution when possible.
